Returns

Please note that all our garments are custom-made according to your specifications and measurements. We accept returns only for defective items reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

If you experience a sizing issue, please contact our support team first. If you choose to return the garment due to fit concerns, the return shipping cost and return label will be the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.

Alterations

We understand that achieving the perfect fit is important. If adjustments are needed, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 7 days of receiving your order. You may choose to have alterations done by a local tailor of your preference. Simply submit your receipt to us to start your fit claim process.

Local Tailor Reimbursement

For online orders in the USA or Canada, Andre Emilio will reimburse up to $50 for alterations. The specific amount reimbursed will depend on the type of garment and the alterations required. Please refer to the alterations reimbursement table below for details.
