Returns

Please note that all our garments are custom-made according to your specifications and measurements, tailored uniquely for each customer. As a result, we only accept returns for defective products only within 7 days after receiving the parcel. 

Alterations

We understand that achieving the perfect fit is important. If adjustments are needed, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 7 days of receiving your order. You may choose to have alterations done by a local tailor of your preference. Simply submit your receipt to us to start your fit claim process.

Local Tailor Reimbursement

For online orders in the USA or Canada, Andre Emilio will reimburse up to $50 for alterations. The specific amount reimbursed will depend on the type of garment and the alterations required. Please refer to the alterations reimbursement table below for details.
