We take maximum care in quality control. We are giving the facility of exchange service in case of receiving the defective product, he/she may exchange the product within 7 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased. Items that have been used will not be accepted for exchange. Items which have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for exchange.

We use DHL service for shipment to any address in the world. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 5-7 days (after we receive measurements and it also depends on the product you are buying) except when there is a delay during seasonal workload and peak periods. Andre Emilio cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or unexpected delays during manufacturing, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
We take 10 to12 working days. Shipping is calculated by weight, for the detail of worldwide shipping charges. During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary.

Delivery charges are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
Returns
Please note that all our garments are custom-made according to your specifications and measurements, tailored uniquely for each customer. As a result, we do not offer refunds. If there are any issues with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact Customer Experience within 10 days of receiving your order. If you purchased online, you can reach out via email or call/whatsapp number.
Alterations
We understand that achieving the perfect fit is important. If adjustments are needed, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your order. You may choose to have alterations done by a local tailor of your preference. Simply submit your receipt to us to start your fit claim process.
Local Tailor Reimbursement
For online orders, Andre Emilio will reimburse up to $50 for alterations. The specific amount reimbursed will depend on the type of garment and the alterations required. Please refer to the alterations reimbursement table below for details.

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind these minor variations in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
Andre Emilio firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as different products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Andre Emilio is aware of this genuine reason.
When ordering goods from Andre Emilio for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Andre Emilio, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
